Cold Message Generator
Full Stack Engineer
A lightweight internal tool built for the sales team at JustPaid to generate AI-personalized cold outreach messages in seconds. Designed and built using low-code tools and APIs to accelerate outbound workflows.
The Challenge
JustPaid’s SDRs were spending too much time manually writing cold messages. They needed a tool that could:
- Generate contextual messages instantly
- Personalize based on LinkedIn profile or role
- Be simple enough to use without onboarding
My Role
- Product Builder
- Designed the system architecture and backend workflows
- Integrated OpenAI, RapidAPI, and Supabase using n8n and Edge Functions
- Delivered MVP to production with real-time feedback from the sales team
The Solution
I built a backend-powered tool that generates custom cold messages with a single click. It connects multiple services to automate the flow:
- Input: SDR enters a LinkedIn URL in a Google Sheet
- Data is read from the Google Sheet.
- LinkedIn profile information is extracted. API calls enrich the data.
- Custom outreach messages are generated for each contact.
- The personalized messages are inserted back into the Google Sheet ready to copy/paste.
